ProcuraSell International Packaging changes its name
From January 1st 2009 ProcuraSell International Packaging Ltd, specialized in manufacturing of sugar cane based compostable and recyclable food trays, changes its company name to Vertupak Ltd in a move designed to reinforce the company's position as a driver for sustainable packaging solutions.

WREXHAM, UK, January 29, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The name change follows a sale of the trading assets from Procurasell to Vertupak that took place December 24th.

The new name incorporates both the words Vert the French word for green, and Virtue representing courage, moral excellence and goodness, thus summarizing the company's environmentally friendly ethos and aspiration to make a difference for food producers, retailers and consumers.
