Diana Forti Joins the Ranks of Leading Executives
Diana Forti provides oversight for the budget of the IBWC.

EL PASO, TX, May 1, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Diana Forti, Chief Administrative Officer for the U. S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC), has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of her career.

Diana Forti has 19 years of professional experience and seven years overseeing the budget of the IBWC, along with the operations of finance and accounting; acquisitions; asset management; and, records management divisions. She has received a variety of awards from the Department of Defense, Army and U. S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission and attributes her success to her commitment and love for her profession. In 1987, Ms. Forti received her Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Texas at El Paso. She enjoys spending time with her son, running, and traveling with her family in her free time.

U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission is a Federal government treaty-based bi-national organization that applies U.S.-Mexico boundary treaties and settles any disputes that arise thereunder. The USIBWC is a quasi-independent federal government agency, which operates under the foreign policy guidance of the Department of State.
