At Nabors Well Services Co., Mr. Burbach oversees all aspects of well safety, computer monitoring and safety program coordination. He manages a team of safety professionals that are strategically located across the Rocky Mountain Region. He conducts field audits and ensures compliance with state and federal agencies while continually applying leadership skills with the workforce on a daily basis. He is well known to his colleagues across the industry as a professional source of information for the safety arena. With 26 years of field experience, he attributes his success to his dedication and upbringing.

Mr. Burbach has received certifications from Nabors Well Services Co. and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration along with several certifications of training from the private sector. He assists other safety professionals in the company develop safety manuals specific to the oil and gas well servicing sector, which are used on a corporate-wide basis. Mr. Burbach has also been instrumental in developing leadership training for Nabors Well Services Co., and has applied that training to the managing teams in the area he serves. He also holds a certification in well control from the International Association of Drilling Contractors. He is a member of the American Petroleum Institute and the Association of Energy Service Companies. Mr. Burbach spends his free time with his family, grandchildren, and friends.
